I value building strong, trusting relationships and supporting individuals and families with practical tools to strengthen emotional awareness, regulation, and connection. I want my clients to know that they are not alone, and that meaningful growth and change are always possible with the right support.
I live and breathe Anti-Oppressive Practice (AOP). I understand firsthand how systemic barriers can work against individuals, and my goal is to actively help decolonize therapy for the people I serve. My role includes admitting that I don’t know it all, but I am deeply committed to doing my best to learn, unlearn, and meet you exactly where you are at.
My goal is to provide a space where you can truly come as you are. In our sessions, you will find a space free of judgment and shame, where trust allows you to be vulnerable. Ultimately, my hope is that you leave every session feeling lighter, more supported, and genuinely heard.

Our sessions are structured to address the root problem. With the lens from EMDR therapy and an AOP (anti-oppressive practice), we enter the memory network to reprocess the experiences that are hurting your current state of mind. I will provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. It’s important to note that my scope of practice revolves around trauma, anxiety, depression, family stability, ADHD and ADD. I have obtained a Masters in Social Work and have experience supporting children, youth, adults and family units for 13 years. Embarking on a journey toward self-discovery and emotional well-being is a courageous step, and I am here to support you. Together, we will explore unprocessed memories, work towards solutions to the daily challenges you face, identify coping strategies, and work towards positive change. I would like to invite you for a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore whether I am the right therapist for you. Building a connection is paramount in counseling, and I understand the vulnerability that comes with this process. Establishing trust and comfort may take time, but you can start by contacting me to address any questions or concerns.
