Our sessions are structured to address the root problem. With the lens from EMDR therapy and an AOP (anti-oppressive practice), we enter the memory network to reprocess the experiences that are hurting your current state of mind. I will provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. It’s important to note that my scope of practice revolves around trauma, anxiety, depression, family stability, ADHD and ADD. I have obtained a Masters in Social Work and have experience supporting children, youth, adults and family units for 13 years.
